Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
